Important Vendor Information

• Vendor setup 7:30-8:30am – vehicles must be parked and out of the way by 8:30am  (if you will need more time to set up – please let us know!)
• Market hours – every Saturday & Sunday from 9am-12pm
  • Vendors will have the option to stay set up until 2pm depending on market traffic – and must be cleaned up/broken down/out of The Boat Yard no later than 3pm.
• Vendor booth fee is $25 / day per 10×10 space. Please make checks payable to Yampa Street Land LLC. It is the vendors’ responsibility to get booth payments to the market manager by 10am each market day.
• ALL vendors are required to have both City of Steamboat Springs & State of Colorado sales tax licenses and are responsible for paying sales tax on all items sold.

• Food vendors must be registered and licensed with the Routt County Health Department and/or state of Colorado. For more info contact: Scott Cowman / Routt County Environmental Health Director (970) 870-5401
• Food vendors will be subject to a Health Inspection and must meet any other requirements such as fire department approval, state approval, etc.
• Styrofoam food and beverage containers are prohibited under Colorado State Law. 
• We are bag free in the Boat! Single use plastic bags are prohibited in the City of Steamboat Springs. We want to encourage market shoppers to bring their own reusable bags and there is a 20 cent bag fee in place for any bag given out by market vendors in compliance to Colorado State Law. This fee is mandated by the state and must be remitted to the city when you pay your sales tax.
• Colorado state law requires anyone selling cottage foods to be certified and to recertify every three years.
• If providing your own 10×10 tent – all vendors must have 30lb weights per leg (120lbs total) to safely secure tents.
